Dispute Resolution Process
If something goes wrong — a billing error, a service problem, or a complaint about how we have handled your data — we want the chance to fix it. Our process is:
- Raise it with us. Email billing@suppliq.app for anything billing-related, or support@suppliq.app for service issues, from the email address on your account. Include what happened, the dates and amounts involved, and the outcome you are seeking.
- We acknowledge. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and tell you who is handling it.
- We investigate and respond. We aim to resolve straightforward matters within seven (7) business days. Where a matter needs more investigation we will tell you why and give you a revised timeline, and in any case we will provide a substantive written response within fifteen (15) business days.
- Escalation within Suppliq. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply and ask for the matter to be escalated to the business owner, who will review it personally.
- Good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is still unresolved, both parties will attempt to settle it through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days, as set out in our Terms of Service.
- External escalation. Nothing above limits your right to seek relief elsewhere. You may refer a consumer or e-commerce complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), a data-privacy complaint to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph, or bring the matter before the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Card and e-wallet payment disputes: if you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or provider. We can almost always resolve a billing error faster directly, and doing so avoids your account being suspended while a chargeback is investigated. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Billing, Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, and the change takes effect from your next renewal date. Full terms, including refund eligibility and how to cancel, are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
