Yes. Sales ring up and queue locally on the device. Once connection comes back, everything syncs automatically. Offline POS requires Starter plan or higher.
Can I scan using my phone camera?
Yes. Works on any phone or tablet — camera scanning for ad-hoc, USB scanner for high-speed checkout.
How do I apply senior citizen discount?
One tap on the Senior/PWD button at POS. Suppliq applies the 20% discount and VAT exemption automatically per PH law (RA 9994 / 10754), and the receipt shows the legal breakdown.
Can my staff edit prices without me knowing?
No — any price edit, discount override, or deleted sale is logged with timestamp, user, and the old/new values. You'll see it in the activity log.
How much for 3 branches?
Every paid plan includes 1 branch; add extras for ₱500/branch/month. A 3-branch shop on Growth (₱1,099/mo) = ₱1,099 + (2 × ₱500) = ₱2,099/mo total. Same ₱500/branch/mo rate on Starter and Scale.
