FAQ — Services
Can two stylists be double-booked?
No — Suppliq refuses to save an appointment if the staff already has an overlapping booking. Clean schedule, no awkward overlaps.
How do I track staff commissions?
Set a commission rate (e.g. 30%) per service item. When a staff member performs that service at POS, Suppliq records the commission. Leaderboard shows totals per staff, exportable to CSV for payout.
Can I sell a 10-session spa package?
Yes. Create a Service Package template (price, sessions, validity). Sell to a customer — each appointment deducts 1 session until exhausted or expired.
Can staff see only their own appointments?
Yes. Staff role sees their personal calendar. Manager+ sees all appointments across staff for scheduling oversight.
Does the laundry board work without internet?
The board itself needs online to sync status across devices. POS sales for laundry are offline-capable like any other sale.
